WARRANTY INFORMATION

Thank you for purchasing Threezero product! Please provide us the following information on warranty.threezerohk.com or e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days upon receipt of product (otherwise warranty will be forfeited):

Online registration

1. Fill in the Registration Form and upload images of the completed warranty sheet and invoice or receipt.

E-mail registration

1. Type the Warranty Sheet number on the e-mail title
2. Attach a copy of completely filled Warranty Sheet in jpg format
3. Attach a copy of order receipt / invoice in jpg format

A confirmation e-mail will be sent shortly and the date of the 1-year-warranty starts from the day of the confirmation e-mail. The warranty expires after 1 year without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

1. The name and e-mail on the Warranty Sheet must be the contact person for after-sales services of the product.
2. Please e-mail the Warranty Sheet number, shipping information, product name, defective parts and pictures to [email protected] should there be issues of the product within the validated warranty period. This Warranty Sheet will be permanently invalidated after the warranty period.
3. The warranty shall be invalidated for any lost and/or damaged parts by customers.
4. Major/obvious missing parts must be addressed in the first enquiry e-mail, otherwise no actions will be taken. Customer Service reserves the right to request information including but not limited to pictures of the outer box from customers for investigation purpose.
5. Shipping cost of repair services:
- A. Shipping cost of delivering items to us is at customers’ expense.
- B. Threezero is responsible for the shipping cost of delivering the repaired items to customers.
6. After-sales services are offered on the basis of this Warranty Sheet. Please ensure the information provided in the Sheet is complete and accurate, otherwise the warranty will be forfeited. Please also ensure safekeeping of the Warranty Sheet. The Sheet will not be reissued in case of loss.
7. Threezero will try its best to provide after-sales services for customers within the warranty period. However, if the product is released after some time, Customer Service might not be able to provide such services due to running out of parts after the end of production. Under this circumstance, Threezero reserves the right to suspend the offering of services within warranty period for products that are released over 1 year.
8. In case of any dispute, Threezero reserves the right for final judgment and decision.
